Halsted Street Entertainment is the brainchild of James Redmond (DJ Flint) who came up with the name while working in his airbrush shop and composing music literally on south Halsted Street in Chicago, IL. Over the years, we have been able to provide the dance music industry with some of the best dance music and mix compilations in the industry.
Our primary focus has always been the mobile DJ industry where we service any event from weddings to corporate parties. We can customize a party package for you that is guaranteed to make your party a success. We can service just about any locale in the midwest. Just contact us for a quote. Our DJ's use top of the line equipment and are always professional.
We are also branching out into the music production and publishing industry. We currently run a small Logic studio out of our Chicago office, and our rates are extremely reasonable. We also have access to larger studio space and Pro Tools TDM gear, courtesy of Dog City Studios. HSE has produced several house tracks for our label, Halsted Street Records. Be on the lookout for our first CD release in a store near you.
And finally, our crew is always involved in something -- from conventions to live performances to internet radio shows, we stay imbedded in the music scene and strive to provide the best that music has to offer.
