Cj a resident of USA-Hawaii, started in the underground club scene at age 16. Two years later moving on to Hawaiis premiere venues such as, The Pink Cadillac, Rumors, Maharajas & World Cafe. With a vast knowledge of music ranging from hip hop, house, alternative to reggae, it wasn't long before Cj landed his first International residency in Asia at Hong Kongs world legendary Hollywood East. This would later follow with residencies in other dominant clubs in Hong Kong such as Hot Gossip. Cj later signed on with International Dj agencies, Bacchus, Julianas & London Town. This inevitably took him to perform in places from Paris, London, Bangkok, Japan and so on. Having spent several years traveling, Cj took a break and spent two years on the technical side of sound, this would earn him a degree with the Institute of Production & Recording and certification from JBL Acoustics. Not long after his passion for the club scene would take him throughout North America, from New York, Texas to San Francisco doing residencies at premiere venues. At the request of Asian promoter, Cj returned to Asia to take up residency at Peppermint's Club in the south of Thailand and while there compiled several mix CDs for BMG, AVEX, and Red Beat music. Cj now takes up residency in both Thailand & Hong Kong were he can still be found throughout various venues... |
