Simon Qudos is a UK based DJ who is fast establishing himself as a respected DJ within the dance scene.
Simon re-discovered his love for hard trance and dance in 2004 and now there is no going back for him! Over the ensuing months, he experienced some amazing club nights at venues such as The Arches (Glasgow), Ice Factory (Perth, UK), SubClub (Glasgow) SE1 (London), The Fridge (London), 414 (London) and Syndicate (Blackpool) and the festivals of Creamfields (Liverpool), Global Gathering (Stratford Upon Avon), Coloursfest (Glasgow), Rock Ness (Loch Ness).
Simon found himself in awe of the way the Djs created such an amazing and euphoric atmosphere and decided that he wanted to find out what it would be like on the other side of the decks.
Simon bought his first set of decks in 2005 and has never looked back since. Months of practice followed (much to the annoyance of the neighbours!), and it wasnt long before the hours of hard work came to fruition and he started to play out at venues in Edinburgh and London as well as at a number of private parties.
The highlight of Simons Djing career to date came in September 2007 in Sydney, Australia, where he had a 2 hour set for the Ignite promotion. Sydney is a city that he considers to be a second home, having spent so much time there over the last few years so to be able to have played a gig there was really special. And most recently in June 08 when he played at Es Paradis in Ibiza
2008 has been a busy year for Simon, and has seen him travel up and down the country playing gigs in places like Manchester and Eastbourne as well as London. He has also seen more of his tunes released too with Forever Restless coming out on the Addiction Digital Label, and Adrenochrome and Right Where We Are coming out on Presence.
Not content with just DJing and producing, Simon has also started to co-manage the Presence Hard Dance label along with Australian based DJ and producer, Jody 6.
Simon Qudos is an enthusiastic and energetic Dj who plays tech trance, hard trance and dance as well as electro house. He prides himself on his precise beat matching, ensuring a seamless transition between tunes. Always responsive to the crowd, Simon carefully matches his tune selection with their reaction taking them on a journey through a range of tunes carefully selected to make sure he keeps them happy and the dance floor jumping throughout any set that he plays.
