Assumption Vol.10 delves into the true soulful side of our music with outstanding heartfelt tracks from some great current artists. First mention must go to Alex Finkin, Reverand P and the sublime voice of Jocelyn Mathieu with a track that i've been purring over since i first got my hands on it back in March, The trio have released some exceptional music over the past year but personally i think this is their best to date (to better Lion in a cage is no mean feat). Next up is The Jinks' "Got to do better" a bouncy belter that will wreck the Assumption dance floor for sure. Ralf Gum features heavily through the next part of the mix with exceptional tracks that he's produced or remixed, I'll let these tracks speak for themselves, but i have to mention "All this Love For You" a skippy, sexy track that i'm hooked on after just one listen.... Ralf is my man of the moment as i've rediscovered and uncovered some peaches. And Finally i have to mention "Friday" as it's a very special track to a person who means the world to me and it puts a smile on her, her best friend and my face each time i hear it. It's yours! x
